We are pleased that in an extremely competitive environment, easyJet Europe Airline GmbH has chosen the IZD Tower as the base for its new company headquarters. The company, which was founded in July 2017, directs its entire European business from Vienna with the only exception being the UK-based planes.
With the new tenant, the IZD Tower is now almost fully booked, reaching an occupancy rate of 95%.
As easyJet Europe is growing, it was important for us to establish an office centrally located in Vienna, with close access to our external partners. This location is also particularly convenient as we are only a few floors apart from the Austrian civil aviation regulator, says Thomas Haagnensen, Managing Director of easyJet Europe GmbH.
“We are proud that with easyJet Europe there will be a new, international top tenant in the IZD Tower,” says Christian Koppensteiner, Asset Manager for the IZD Tower.
